The Women Empowerment cell of Shri Nehru Maha Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science, intend to create awareness about the rights and duties of every female student in the campus. The cell stands for empowering the female students through awareness, education, sensitization and training. Through Women Empowerment cell, we aim to enlighten them to grow into successful women intellectually and socially in the society. The motto of the cell is to nurture ethical and human value, optimistic self-esteem and self- confidence in the minds of the young women. In order to achieve the above said motto, the Women Empowerment Cell of SNMV CAS organizes conference, seminars, workshops, awareness sessions and programs. Every year International Women’s Day is observed on the said theme of the year and all the female students are encouraged to participate in the program.
