The Department of Commerce with Professional Accounting was started in the year 2013. The department is making consistent efforts to make meaningful changes in the overall performance of the students. The department focuses on equipping the students with a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, auditing, and taxation. Students learn to prepare financial statements, analyse financial data, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Graduates can pursue careers as accountants, auditors, financial analysts, tax consultants, and may also work towards becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accounts(CA), Cost and Management Accountants(CMA) and so on.
