Shri Jai Hanuman Temple

Shri Jai Hanuman has his abode inside Shri Nehru Maha Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science campus. Students, teachers and local public visit the temple on all days and derive blessings.

Shri Jaihanuman temple’s 24th year Samprokshanam held at Shri Nehru Maha Vidyalaya premises on 27th March 2023. Rituals for this ceremony had been started with holy preachings and prayers at 25th & 26th March followed by Annadhanam. This holy event is being held after a gap of 12 years. Entire Samprokshanam was headed by Shri Jaihanuman temple Management committee along with Shri Nehru Maha Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science. Around 5000 people from Malumichampatti & Coimbatore surroundings were witnessed and got blessed by this Samprokshana.

Navarathri is celebrated on the campus by keeping ‘Kolu’ in the Anjaneyar Temple every year. Hanuman Jayanthi is also celebrated in the college premises. Special annual poojas like Dhanur Masa Pooja and Saraswathi Pooja are conducted to create a divine environment that fosters and augments the divine purpose of learning.
